No messing around with Feng Shui this time!

feng_shuiIMGx7786

After last Thursday's debacle, when Kevin and I ignored the perils of bad Feng Shui and moved the recycle, trash & compost bins haphazardly off to one side, I was determined we would not make the same mistake tonight! Kevin had initially asked his mom (my wife) if she was going to park the car in front of the garage tonight, which would normally mean we'd need to leave space for her to drive in & out. I told Kevin in no uncertain terms that didn't matter; if she needed to move the bins so she could drive her car in or out, so be it, and we'd fix them.

So hopefully these are lined up exactly as they should be, biggest bin in the middle, all bins equidistant from each other. Doesn't look like that in the photo but I think it's the angle; when you look at the straight-on they look good. Obviously, we'll check once more before we ride in the morning.

I think we've got all bases covered now. Might not have though this so important were it not for last Thursday's ride (Kevin had a bad seizure and had to cut it short) and the apparent kidney stone he started feeling yesterday. We're putting more faith in good old fashioned prayer, but a little bit of Feng Shui can't hurt. --Mike--
